* How do I place an order?
To place an order please email me at [email protected]. or you can use the Contact tab.
I only accept Paypal at the moment. Buy with confidence, Paypal has a fantastic system to protect buyers and sellers. Due to the custom nature of the items I make, payment must be made before I can begin custom orders. Once payment is made,
this is day 1 of my turn-around time period. I will always send to you or post, pictures of your order before it ships. Once your order ships, I will add the delivery confirmation number to paypal.
*What is your turn-around time?
- My current turn-around time until your package ships, on anything not "ready to ship" is 7-10 Business days, not including holidays
*What is your shipping policies?
-Shipping charges are as follows: (each shipment is shipped with a delivery confirmation number)
1-6 bows $3. 7-10 bows $4, 11+ 0.25 each additional bow (or priority flat rate charges, whichever is cheapest) Insurance can be purchased for $1.75 up to $50 worth of coverage and $2.25 for 50-100$ worth of coverage. This is optional but encouraged as, I am no longer held liable for a package once it is turned over to the shipping company. All packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless expedited shipping is purchased. You may purchase expedited shipping at standard usps rates.

I will no longer be able to ship daily. Chloe has became mobile recently (She crawls, and pulls up to standing!......on everything!) Which has proven to make packaging/bow making/shipping/invoiceing/emailing/page updating Daily nearly
impossible. SO I will now ship:
Monday
Wednesday
Friday
and some
Saturdays
This means I will NOT be shipping Tuesdays or Thursdays. Thank you

*What are the bows attached to?
-They come standard on a metal double-pronged and partially lined alligator
clip.
*Can the bows be attached to any other type of clip/headband?
-Yes, they can be attached to a ponytail "O", a french barette, a french clip, a soft or hard headband, snap clips and a side comb in most cases, additional charges apply.
* What if my baby has no hair? Do you have interchangeable headbands?
- The headbands come with a loop of ribbon that makes them interchangeable, the clip slips under the loop and attaches the bow onto the headband, when you are finished wearing the bow, you can take it off the headband and clip it directly
onto the hair or onto a bow holder. You can then attach other bows to the headband for the most versatile mix and match system, for an even more customized look! This also allows your child to wear her bow for much longer, and will not limit your favorites to clip or headband only!
*What type of payment do you accept?
I accept Paypal and paypal only at this time. You do not need a paypal account to pay, if you will check out with a
debit or credit card, paypal can still process your payment, I would send the invoice to your inbox.
*Do I need to sign up for a paypal account to pay you?
No, if you are paying with a debit or credit card, I can send the invoice to your email. Paypal will process your payment securely and send it to me. I will never have your personal information at any time.
*How long will it take me to get my order?
-My turn-around time is 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and hilidays. I need time to make your order, as everything is hand-crafted by me. I also may need to order supplies for your custom order if they are not in-stock. Bottlecaps can add an additional 1-3 days onto this time frame, and to commision a custom clay center it can add up to 14 days, I need to order these and the lady makes them and ships them to me so I can attach them to your bows. These are all estimates, I typically take much less time, but circumstances arrive so please allow yourself time if you need your bows by a certain date
*Can I pay you after you make my bows?
No, I cannot make any custom order until payment is made, no exceptions. Thank you for understanding
*Can you ship to an address other than the one on my paypal account?
Yes I will be happy to do so if you ask before I make your bows,
*Can I purchase expedited shipping/additional shipping services?
-Yes! you can purchase priority shipping as well as signature confirmation, and insurance. Please let me know you would like to do this so I can add it to your invoice. I do encourage insurace, as I am not responsible for the shipping companies handling of the packages. It is optional though.
*Can you rush my order?
- I will be happy to do my best to accomodate your needs. I cannot and will not promise a rush on an order unless it will not affect my turn-around time for current orders that are ahead of you in queue. As already discussed you may also purchase expedited shipping. If you find yourself in a pinch, feel free to ask, but please know that I may not be able to take last minute rush requests.
*Can I add to my order?
-absolutely! Please note that I need time to work on your added portiona dn it may add to the turn-around time of the whole
order.
*Do you accept returns?
I do not, due to the custom nature of the items I make I cannot and do not accept returns on any custom peice. I am happy to answer any and ALL questions you have prior to your order shipping, as well as providing pictures before shipping upon request. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your bow, please let me know what went wrong immediately so I can make alterations and you can get the exact bow you want
*Can I send you a pic of an outfit I need the bow to match?
Absolutely! and please do!!!! Making bows to custim match a special outfit or occasion is my absolute favorite thing to do! I am happy to bring the vision in your mind to life or to create something for you from my own imagination.
